Recruitment Process and Applications
At Orka Holding, a competency-based recruitment process is implemented. The Human Resources Department manages recruitment procedures, creates job descriptions for positions, and revises them based on needs. Minimum qualifications required for each position are determined, and after interviews, a job offer is made to the suitable candidate based on evaluations by Human Resources and Department Managers.

Orka Academy
As the Orka Holding family, we have been continuously conducting training programs to enhance the competencies of our employees and ensure they perform their duties at a high level since our establishment. With the founding of Orka Academy in 2009, our goal is to create professional teams that embrace continuous development, think analytically, and possess strong communication skills through Management Trainer programs. Orka Academy holds a vital mission in transforming potential into performance, aligning company objectives with personal goals, and providing training support to all departments, especially retail.
Our training programs are designed based on performance evaluation results, industry developments, and company goals. Internal training sessions are conducted by our consultant trainers and department directors, while external training sessions are delivered in collaboration with expert firms and educational institutions such as Istanbul, Sabancı, and Kültür Universities. We offer 179 core topics covering professional and personal development, including Analytical Management, Data-Driven Decision Making, and Retail Management.
Through our e-learning portal, modules such as Orientation, On-the-Job Training, and Occupational Health and Safety are provided online to all retail teams, along with announcements and surveys. Competency inventories, assessment centers, and language exams are utilized during the training processes. Employees who excel in performance and technical skills criteria are prepared for higher positions.
We take pride in supporting 3,720 young talents, both those who have been with us since 2009 and those who have recently joined, through our comprehensive training programs. We are also proud to have contributed to defining the career paths of 1,103 individuals.
